Attracting as much as 4 million people in the mid-April to mid-September, Tivoli has got to top your list when visiting Copenhagen.

Various rides and attractions welcome you to this wonderful place. Aside from being an amusement park, Tivoli also has pantomime theater, open air stage, 38 restaurants, frequent concerts that goes from classical to rock and even jazz. They also hold exhibits of flowers that give extra color to the gardens and swan-filled ponds that makes the place even more beautiful.

Something way back in history, Christianborg’s Castle is where the queen received guests, making it the royal residence. In present time, it is a house of parliament and the prime minister’s office. The Nationalmuseet is one of the best museums in Europe. Rich in Danish history and exhibits of prehistoric to modern time, they present the largest number of Stone Age tools as well as Egyptian, Greek, and Roman antiques. The Natinalmuseet offers Vikings sections like their clothing and ships. Their displays have English labels and a tour named "History of Denmark in 60 Minutes."
