Laura was born in the Dominican Republic and she graduated in Tourism and Hotel Management. She moved to Vancouver in 2017 and joined our team leaving behind a 12-year career in the hotel industry. She has worked and travelled throughout her country, United States & Europe.
She has worked in Sales and Marketing as well as front desk positions where she offered personal attention to guests in world-class hotels. Laura is a Certified Incentive Specialist and has organized and managed dozens of events and conventions, and over a hundred weddings per year at all-inclusive resorts. Laura loved to create romance packages, paying attention to every detail to ensure couples could enjoy their special time!
Laura has a strong passion for travel, meeting new people, learning about other cultures and helping others. She is very detail oriented, enjoys making dreams come true and is committed to guest satisfaction.
