R4.0 is thr 4 day version of the acclaimed week long program at the world-famous The Ranch at Live Oak / Malibu. This program runs from Thursday to Monday and was designed for guests desiring a jump-start to a healthier lifestyle who are unable to be away from home or work for a full week and who desire to maintain more connectivity during their program immersion.
Guests of R4.0 will take part in 8 hours per day of rigorous exercise including 4 hours of morning mountain hiking, afternoon exercise classes and stretching, delicious organic vegetarian cuisine, massages (Friday – Sunday) and a cooking demonstration. Bod Pod and VO2 Tests are also included in your stay.

What to Expect
The rate includes: 4 nights and 5 days (Thursday-Monday) of daily guided hikes, yoga, fitness and exercise classes including core training, abs and low impact weight training, and massages for each full day of your stay. Also included, private accommodations for each guest, all meals, Bod Pod, VO2 testing and a cooking demonstration.

- 6:00am – Morning stretch
- 7:00am – Breakfast – Chickpea ‘fritata’ with tomatillo salsa
- 8:00 – 12:30 – Mountain hiking
- 12:30 – Cleanup
- 1:00 lunch-Cauliflower and quinoa tabbouleh with white bean hummus
- 3:00-6:00pm-Afternoon exercise sessions featuring low impact strength conditioning through circuit training, core and ab work and weight training followed by restorative yoga
- 6:00pm – Free time
- 7:00-Dinner – Vegetable lasagne with macademia nut ricotta
