"We were trying to book the same flights as our son and family to Costa Rica. This did not seem to work online with the airline. When Pam checked it out for us our kid's flight had been cancelled but nobody had told them . With Pam's help we are now all traveling together and avoiding a 9 hour layover in Phoenix with our year old grandaughter.
Next time I will not waste my time online.
