Hokkaido Japan: A cold weather that keeps you warm

Planning to travel during the late months of the year?

Hokkaido Japan has the right adventure for you. Visit Niseko, the most famous ski resort. This place has been known for having a large number of foreigners, specifically Australians. Aside from the tourism that it brings, the light powder snow and spectacular view it gives to its visitors keep them coming back for more. They have numerous ski activities such as trail skiing, which is an uncommon attraction to most ski resorts. This ski resort is located on Mount Niseko-Annupuri with three major resorts: Grand Hirafu, Niseko Village, and Annupuri. All these resorts are connected by shuttle buses, but you can ski your way through them as well. They offer the Niseko All Mountain Pass for 5600 yen per day and you have the privilege to access all resorts.

Grand Hirafu is the largest resort located near a sizeable town that has various hotels, pensions, and holiday homes. They also have restaurants and bars where you can hang out with fellow travelers. A 15-minute bus ride to the east of Hirafu can bring you to Kutchan, which is the biggest city in the area that has more shopping and dining options. Niseko Villlage, on the other hand, has hot springs where you can enjoy the heat after the cold, freezing skiing activity. Annupuri resort has ski trails that are not as steep and wide compared to the two so they become less crowded.

Enjoy the cold weather with different ski activities and keep yourself from staying indoors!
