We wanted to thank you again for EVERYTHING you did in organizing this excellent adventure in Turkey & Greece!

From having your finger on the pulse with aeroplan, airport pickup, selection of hotels and the tours with Atakan in Cappadocia, Vulcan in Istanbul and Gul in Ephesus where nothing but amazing!!! And then there was SeaDream, as John stated on day 3 he would definitely rebook in a heartbeat as it exceeded his expectations!

Thank you for all the organizing you did for the trip to Turkey and Greece. I think you were right on the mark with planning 2 nights at each land location.  Your choice of hotels was A-1 and the SeaDream was so lovely.  We saw things we never expected to see and didn’t even know existed!   From the start of the trip until the end, it just got better every day.  Many thanks to you for the additional planning you did with the tours and arranging for airport pickups.  We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the time we spent with you and Greg and the rest of the group. Thank you for inviting us and huge thanks for your thought and planning that went into it!!

Lesley and Warren and their children just returned from a cruise in Tahiti on the Paul Gauguin.  Here's what they had to say:

On to the cruise .... WOW!!!!! From the super duper easy checking in and registration (esp when compared with Royal Caribbean where you're herded through a warehouse of registration!) to the champagne and uniformed maids greeting you and then escorting you to your stateroom ... luggage arriving fast, wow! Just a lovely introduction and reception (and, as always your lovely note and wine waiting - thank you!). Our butler was awesome as was every single crew member who assisted us the entire week! Simply amazing attentiveness, especially since there were only 188 passengers! The crew knew us all by name, and what we liked and they just fussed so much over the kids!

The stateroom was very comfortable, the food was spectacular! The Young Ambassadors of the Environment was one of the highlights of the cruise, with Warren and I enjoying it just as much as the kids. The two naturalists, Chris and Abigail, were just superb. We all learned so much and met fabulous people with whom we wish to keep in touch!

I loved the casual elegance and intimate feeling on this ship - it wasn't dripping with chandeliers nor was it out to stun you with amazing features. It was just lovely as it was, with such attention to service that you didn't need to think - everything was done for you! We even noticed the lack of trash cans but you never needed them because someone was cleaning up for you!

We loved all of the stops: did the snorkel drift down the coral garden in Raietea, swam with the rays  and sharks twice, the kids did a hike, we drive around on Moorea, jet-skiied around Bora Bora, shopped and just hung out in the motus - so incredibly beautiful. Favorite water: Bora Bora, fave island Moorea!

My dear, it was an amazing trip, so spectacular and so peaceful. Thank you once again for creating such a memorable holiday for all of us.

Having just returned from a special anniversary trip to French Polynesia, I would highly recommend this as a special "bucket list" adventure. Lorraine had suggested it a couple of years ago, and everything she described was right on. We spent 10 days on the Paul Gauguin cruising the islands and atolls in luxury with superb food, attentive service and spectacular scenery. As Lorraine says, "every view is a picture" and it is so true. She also encouraged us to take a helicopter tour of Bora Bora which will be a lifelong highlight memory, to go with swimming with sharks and rays! Lorraine is able to make suggestions based on her clients' interests and nature and so was able to recommend renting a car when most appropriate. She also follows up with her bookings and keeps in touch. It is a real benefit to have a skilled professional available when/if things "go wrong" and although this trip was flawless, she has helped us out in the past providing service "above and beyond". If tropical paradise is on your to-do list, French Polynesia is it and we plan on traveling again with Paul Gauguin Cruises.

Our family has planned numerous trips with the help of Lorraine and our expectations have always been exceeded. From an ancient monastery converted to a stunning hotel in Orvieto to a castle on its own island in Ireland, Lorraine has found the most interesting and unique accommodations to compliment our travel experiences. Her attention to detail has more than once provided services we would not thought of ourselves and which made all the difference.
 Where having our connection with Lorraine has been invaluable though have been in those times when things have gone badly. When our daughter, travelling alone for the first time, missed her connecting flight in Toronto to London due to severe weather in the area, Lorraine had made all the arrangements, including advising her hotel of her late arrival before we had even processed the information. Her genuine concern for our worry and our daughter’s comfort was outstanding.
I can’t imagine planning a trip without her expertise and personal input.
