Why we collect information from you

For example, we collect, use and disclose personal information to complete travel arrangements for you, when you enter our contests, when you subscribe to our electronic newsletters and to provide you with links to services or sources of information that meet your needs.

If additional sources of information are used, we will only send e-mail to individuals who have expressly shared their address and for the purpose of receiving offers and information in the future from North South Travel. Personal information that relates to associated purposes such as travel insurance and foreign exchange.

North South Travel does not rent, sell or trade our mailing lists for any reason.

Product purchases

North South Travel may sell products or services on our web site. At the time of purchase, we require personal, business and financial information, such as name, e-mail, shipping/billing address and credit card number in order to complete the sale. This information is transmitted in 128-bit encryption and we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your online order. We do not store or access credit card information at our Internet server. Your financial information may be sent to a third party designated to complete the financial transaction or order fulfillment. You will be advised at the time of purchase of any designated third party. Furthermore, any Travellers to the U.S. will have their data captured by the U.S. Homeland Security Agency which will store it for up to 50 years. This information will be shared with other U.S. Government Agencies.

Also, any bookings you make on our website are carefully audited by North South Travel to ensure the highest quality control. Be assured, we always confirm your reservations prior to ticketing.
