Full Service or Online Booking Options for Corporate Travel

Setting up Profiles

In order to process your request conveniently and accurately we request that a confidential Traveller Profile and Travel Arranger Profile be completed and the VCH privacy policy statement be read and accepted. There is a choice of three methods to communicate with us for the initial set up. We are registering the profiles online which will accommodate future Full Service or Online Booking options.

  1. EMAIL - corporatetravel@northsouthtravel.com to request your user login and password for both the Traveller and the Travel Arranger - you will then be ready to access the online booking system
  2. NS WEBSITE - Complete the Traveller Profile questionnaire online, read and accept the privacy statement
  3. PHONE - 604-736-7447 Judith or Liz to obtain user login and password to create the Travel Arranger and Traveller Profiles online at www.northsouthtravel.com

  • This set up will automatically enable Full Service Bookings or Online Scheduling information or Online Bookings
  • Profiles will be required for both the Travel Arranger and the Traveller
    • Personal Information - Address, Phone and Email Contact information are very important Charge Card Ð Add or Modify the credit card the traveller will use - ensure the information is added to the traveller profile
  • Profiles will be required for both the Travel Arranger and the Traveller - Please ensure that legal names (as per passports) are utilized
  • We strongly recommend that you review the Online Users Guide if you intend on using the system for Online Bookings or Information, located just under the VCH Online Option link
