North South Travel is committed to providing the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority with the very best customer service in the travel industry by offering a choice of four booking options. With every option VCH will have the added security of an industry aware agency supplying personalized services and back up support.
VCH Full Service Option - VCH travellers and or travel arrangers can contact one of our VCH dedicated, experienced travel consultants by either email, phone or fax for all travel related inquires. The standard, all inclusive North South Service Fee will apply.
VCH Online Option - At North South Travel we recognize the fact that VCH customers want the convenience of going online to book simple itineraries. As such we have customized a state of the art corporate online booking tool powered by "SABRE GET THERE"; the system provides VCH travellers and or travel arrangers with one-stop shopping for flights, hotels and cars with the added advantage of only a $10cad Service Fee. Direct Airline Web link Option for Air Canada or Westjet North South Travel understands that certain air destinations are limited to single supplier providers and as such, some travellers would prefer to book directly with the airline. Web links to both Air Canada and Westjet are provided for direct access; the added benefit firstly of using this method is that North South Travel will have access to the booking should a situation arise where the traveller needs assistance. Secondly the traveller has the added protection of the BC Travel Assurance Fund.
