Welcome to Cliqbook powered by "Outtask"
Cliqbook powered by "Outtask" has been implemented by North South Travel for UBC travellers. You are encouraged to use this system for Canadian and North American trips. Should you have a complex itinerary or are planning to travel abroad we suggest that you contact the travel counsellors at North South Travel (604.736.7662 or ubc@nstravel.bc.ca) to make your reservations.
To use this system you will require the following:
- IE 5.X or above on Windows 95 or above (no Mac)
- Netscape 7.02 on Windows 95 or above and MAC OSX 10.2.5 or higher
- Browser security set up to allow cookies
- Medium or lower security settings for IE5.x
- Medium or lower security settings for IE6.x
- Open firewalls ports 80 (http) and 443 (https) for app2.outtask.com
- Firewall should allow pop -ups and active URL transfer
- No pop up blockers can be active on machine
Outtask functions more efficiently using Microsoft Explorer.
North South Travel supports this system in the following ways:
- Ticketing of all travel agency fare - full support in regard to changes and cancellations
Cliqbook/North South Service Fees:
- $5.00 per ticket
- A $10 fee will be assessed for additional assistance
North South Travel will be providing back-end agency support and ticketing Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm.
