A small city in Michigan, Frankenmuth is packed with so many activities to experience. It is also where you can enjoy Christmas shopping at any time of the year!

Frankenmuth is dubbed as “Little Bavaria". Its name is a combination of the words "Franken" which represents the Province of Franconia where a lot of its original settlers came from, and “Muth” which means courage. The city covers a total area of 3.04 square miles and is inhabited by almost 5,000 people. The nearest major city is Flint which is about 28 miles away.

You will be welcomed by Bavarian hospitality the minute you step into the city.  Its history is evidenced by its structures, dining options, and festivals. Its numerous attractions include the St. Julians Winery, Michigan Military and Space Heroes Museum, Frankenmuth Lager Mill, St. Lorenz Lutheran Church, and Grandpa Tiny's Farm. You can also enjoy boat tours, and horseback riding tours, and shopping at Frankenmuth River Place Shops, Rau's Country Store, and Popcorn Wagon Frankenmuth where a variety of popcorn awaits you. If you love Christmas, you will love Frankenmuth!  The Bronner's Christmas Wonderland, the World's Largest Christmas store, is located right in the city. You can shop for Christmas items and gifts at any time of the year except during major holidays. This is also where you can celebrate an authentic Oktoberfest festival right in the heart of Michigan!

Frankenmuth is a great destination for the entire family. The kids will love its fun and adventure parks, the ladies will enjoy shopping, and the men will love its food and beverages. Consult your travel agent for more details.
